MIX OF SODIUM NITRITE AND SODIUM CHLORIDE
MIX OF SODIUM NITRITE AND SODIUM CHLORIDE
Composition: food grade sodium chloride and sodium nitrite. Performs preservative and stabilizing action on the natural color of meat.
Mix of potassium nitrate and sodium chloride
MIX OF POTASSIUM NITRATE AND SODIUM CHLORIDE
It performs the function of producing and maintaining the red color of meat, preventing fat oxidation and the development of pathogens and alterants, meat additive and additive for dairy industry.
Potassium nitrate 50% and sodium chloride 50%.
Sodium acetate
It belongs to the category of ANTIMICROBIAL PRESERVATIVES, but it is also used in the pharmaceutical industry as a component of medicines useful for restoring the normal pH of the blood. It can be added to foods as a preservative as a meat additive. Code: E 262(i)
Sodium diacetate
A mixture of sodium acetate and acetic acid. It also has antimicrobic properties. Code: E 262(ii)
SODIUM LACTATE
It is used as a preservative and acidity regulator and as a corrosion inhibitor; it is used as a meat additive and dairy industry additive. Code: E 325
Potassium lactate
It can be used to reduce sodium levels in food products and is commonly used in meat additives. It is also used as a refrigerant mixture. Code: E 326
Blend of carrageenan, guar gum, konjac gum, tara gum, xanthan gum, modified and pregelatinized corn starch
